BIOGRAPHY
Life was simpler in his time.Born to Spanish immigrants in United States, he had spent most of his life in Chicago before moving to New York for a brief time. Living in poverty and dissatisfaction with such a life introduced him to crime at an early age. He was a messenger for, at the time, Rogaza family, and became a made-man once he was of age and proved his loyalty. He was ambitious but never sought positions that weren't meant to be his. His loyalty and fierceness gave him a reputation in the streets of someone not to be messed with. He was the executioner of Don's orders and had patiently climbed the ranks of the family. At age 23, Federal Police got into their tracks, and the few following operations done by the department erased the Rogaza family from existence. The few members that were able to save themselves ran to other parts of the country, but Claudio wasn't one of them. He was captured and had served six years in prison. At 29, he got off on a shorter sentence due to his good behaviour.Once out and while searching for a job, he had met Fernando Rivera Pena, a man that would give him an offer he wouldn't refuse. With the lack of education and a criminal record, Claudio was aware he would find himself in murky waters once more. At age 30, Fernando introduced him to one of his distant cousins, a woman that would become his wife the same year. Once his daughter was born, he returned to his hometown, just as Fernando decided to move his business there as well. The same loyalty he had displayed in youth remained with him, and he became Fernando's consigliere in the upcoming years.He was there to see the rise of Fernando's empire and influence and to see its rebirth once Domínico took over. If it weren't for his daughter, he would've been long gone with Fernando, and instead had retired from his mafiosi lifestyle. Currently, he lives with his wife in their home and offers opinions once they're asked of him.
PERSONALITY
Claudio is a rather empathic, joyful and friendly old man. Having seen the horrors and happiness of life, he decided to focus on the latter. His youthful spirit makes it easier for him to start a conversation with people, and he enjoys long conversations where experiences are exchanged. Even though interested in modern era and tech stuff, like many older people, he struggles with it. He finds it hilarious that he's unable to figure it out, though doesn't mind it.While he was very energetic and adventure-loving in his youth, in his older days he prefers peace. He enjoys walks in the park or taking his wife out for dinner dates, enjoys smoking a cigar with an old friend, and has gotten more interested in reading (possibly even more since his daughter is a writer). Even though he never truly left the mafia world (and he doesn't think one can do so), he decided to keep his head low with underground business. However, if push comes to shove, the old gangster is easily awakened.

BIOGRAPHY
He had always been a person of justice. Having experienced life in Miami, where he was born, Malcolm had decided to walk the path his father had walked too — the path of being a police officer. His father had been his role model, an honest man who didn't require much from life and gave all of himself into making sure the streets were as safe as possible. Having shown interest in his work, his father had introduced him to the law, the way of conduct and high morals a person was to follow, the rules given by the Lord. Malcolm had made sure to follow them all, to become a good person helping others. His father had died on duty when Malcolm was just 16, and despite the pain he was feeling, decided to step up as the only man remaining in the family. He had put his faith and life in the hands of the Lord and remain as intent on his profession as before, despite his mother's protests.He graduated from the police academy and served his country lawfully. He had met his wife through a mutual friend, and two years later, they married. Their family expanded by one when their daughter, Jasmine, was born, and the two had made sure to balance out their life properly while the child was growing. Once his wife returned to work (she was a university chemistry professor) and they had saved up, they started travelling as a family. One of their vacation trips took them to Spain and it changed his life forever.A terrorist bombing took away his wife and daughter from him, while he suffered heavy injuries. Devastated, angry and wrathful, he swore on his life he'd get revenge on those that had orchestrated it. His faith in Lord crumbled and he became a man with the sole purpose of vengeance. It took him years to find any possible clues while working, and those led him back to the USA. He changed places plenty of times during his search and is currently in New York, trying to sniff out the criminals behind it all.
PERSONALITY
Malcolm is far from his old self. He is a shell of a man that once was, looking for nothing but closure. Distant, reserved and detached from others, he is not someone who will trust easily. He takes all information aside from facts with a bag of salt, and isn't keen on meeting with people if it won't benefit him in his search or his job. He suffers from severe depression ever since the loss of his family, and often suffers from nightmares regarding the incident.He has built a wall around him to prevent anyone to cause such pain again (which is why he doesn't let people in), and has developed a form of addiction to alcohol and smoking as a result of the events that had happened. He still tries, to the best of his abilities, to be kind to others and uphold the justice he believes in (even if he knows the system is corrupt), and finds moments of happiness with his nephew, Dylan.He is an insomniac and a workaholic which makes him good at his work, and which earned him the promotion from a police officer to a police investigator.
APPEARANCE
Malcolm is a tall man with sandy blond hair and brown eyes. His demeanour is calm and collected, and his gaze is often described as either piercing (when working) or dull (when at home). He doesn't care much about his clothing, though he dresses formally when working. His father had taught him that a man should present himself properly when working.He has a bulky, muscular physique due to his training since he was younger, and he remains active in the gym and local dojo to keep his movements and instincts sharp. He is often considered intimidating due to his size.
